Personal Development
The personal development life management training curriculum is designed for a 20, 30 or 40 session format (one or two hours per day, five days per week, in four, six or eight-week formats). The training focuses on self-discipline, self-esteem, habits, attitudes, conditioning, motivation, goal setting, problem solving and decision-making, emotional control, family relationships, financial stability, communication and job seeking skills. Participants will each receive a book along with other complementary materials that will be theirs to keep. The goal is to encourage individuals to restructure behavior by formulating meritorious thinking patterns to strive to attain upward mobility, to practice self-discipline and to diminish behavioral infractions.
