Vision
Destiny - Pride's vision is to "restore" and/or "habilitate" the broken lives of at-risk youth and their families to a condition of "new beginnings" through self-fulfillment and self-reliance.
Mission
Destiny - Pride's mission is to link its customers to the myriad of services provided by the District of Columbia's stakeholders, such as community service providers, faith-based organizations, governmental, and other entities, to enhance their living conditions and guide them to the path of self-sufficiency.
Destiny - Pride will also provide multi-cultural services and coordinate activities through a collaborative approach to improve customer access to those resources and assist them in achieving sustainable levels of pride and dignity through self-fulfillment and self-reliance.
