Mentoring
Some parents need assistance in monitoring the activities and behavior of their children, especially those who are at-risk. Destiny – Pride will work with and assist those parents and their children who have, for example, curfew restrictions because of truancy and school tardiness or other behavioral issues. We will also coordinate third-party monitoring services to make sure that family members are in compliance with all other requirements, i.e., certification requirements for Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), and other issues related to the Individual Service Plan (ISP) and/or Family Service Plan (FSP).
If you are interested in finding out more about this service or other services we provide, you may contact us by phone at (202) 547-0202 – or fill out the contact form here – and someone will get in touch with you.
