Mental Health

One of Destiny – Pride’s objectives is to promote opportunities for adults with mental illness to maximize their ability to seek and obtain treatment and to live, work, socialize, and learn in the least restrictive environment with the appropriate therapeutic support. Every individual who suffers from a mental condition has different circumstances that will require a unique set of services/levels of care to address his or her specific needs. Destiny – Pride, with its team of social workers and in collaboration with the Department of Mental Health and various other governmental agencies and community service providers that will serve as entry points into the mental health care system, will provide a wide variety of mental health services at all levels for children and adults.
