Housing Assistance

Adequate and affordable housing is a necessary component to the process of stabilizing the family structure, whether it is an apartment unit or other rental property.

After performing the family’s need assessment, Destiny – Pride will, through its various resources and programs, connect the family to the appropriate alliances and providers that will help to work toward finding the housing situation that best suits the family’s needs. In addition, other wraparound services and resources, as appropriate, will be provided to the family, therefore providing an overarching support of continuum care.
